Thanks for your question, Henry. We'd be glad to help.
You are able to make a withdrawal of any amount with a Teller at any TD Store as long as your account balance has sufficient funds to cover the transaction. You are able to take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know that in regard to making withdrawals with your debit card, there are limits for debit card transactions for security reasons. You are able to review these limits here: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ (pages 46-47).
If you need to raise your debit card limit for the day, you are able to request a limit increase by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visiting any TD Store or sending a secure message.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you choose to send a message, be sure to include the limit you'd like to increase as well as the amount.
We hope this helps, Henry. Have a good day.
