I have a debit card from a Costa Rican bank and I would need to withdraw money from it in an TD bank ATM, is it possible? What is the fee?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Daniela. We'd be glad to discuss.
TD ATMs accept Visa, PLUS, Mastercard, Cirrus, AMEX, Discover and NYCE debit cards from other institutions. We recommend reaching out to your financial institution to determine which network your card is affiliated with.
Please know that if you are not an account holder with TD, our ATMs will apply up to a $3.00 charge for the use of the machine. There are no exceptions. It is possible that your financial institution waived the fee on your behalf and we recommend contacting them for further details.
If you need to locate a TD Store and ATM, feel free to use our Store Locator found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
