That is, can more than one phone use the 'bank by phone' tools on one account?

If you're using our TD Bank BusinessDirect Mobile App for your deposits, please understand only the Administrator's log in will have the ability to make deposits. Please note, the Administrator can use their user id and password to log in using iPhone, iPod Touch or Android. Can the person who logs in to deposit the check see all the account information: balance, history transaction, etc?
Also, I assume transferring funds out from the account is not allowed. Correct?

Welcome to TD Helps, Alex. We'd be glad to discuss.
As an administrator, you will have access to balance information, transaction history and more by logging in to TD BusinessDirect or the Mobile Banking App. Please know that you are unable to schedule ACH transfers or wires from the Mobile Banking App.
If you are not an administrator and you need this information, we recommend reaching out to the administrator directly. They will be able to create a log in and set access for you to review this information.
