I have been a member since 2002 and moved in 2006. I have stayed loyal to TD bank despite no branch within several hours of my home. I would like to continue to use TD bank but request that my ATM fees be waived, since there is no branch at which I can withdraw cash within several hours drive of my home.

Welcome TD Helps today, Amanda. It's great to hear from a long-time TD Customer.
To determine if some of the ATM fees recently charged to your account can be waived, we`d encourage you to contact our 24/7 friendly Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 for assistance. We're only one phone call away and we'd be more than happy to review your account with you. We would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you`re referring to a waiver of any ATM fees which may be assessed to your account in the future, you will want to speak with the manager at your home TD Store for assistance. Please find a listing of TD Bank Stores with contact information at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please also see more information listed below, regarding some of our deposit accounts which automatically qualify for non-TD ATM fee waivers.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to offer some suggestions to avoid non-TD ATM fees:
Using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card instead of cash is safer, linked to rewards, and most merchants will accept it even for smaller purchases. TD Bank Debit cardholders can take advantage of hundreds of special discounts when shopping online or in stores with their Debit Card - from travel and restaurants to their favorite stores! Discounts are easy to redeem: no enrollment is needed and there are no points to keep track of, and no hassle! You`re welcome to visit our newly designed website at http://bit.ly/1rNJqlL to see what savings are available. Please be sure to check back often as these discounts change three times a year!
If you`re in need of cash, you may also want to take advantage of getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee.
Also, we do have some deposit account products which will either waive non-TD ATM fees, or may also receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. We`d recommend reviewing and comparing our checking accounts at http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1g5vhXQ, or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs. If you do call a Banking Specialist as mentioned above, we can also review your current account type and determine if you`re eligible for an account which receives non-TD ATM fee waivers at that time. For more information on our fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you wish to change your existing account to a different product type to avoid future non-TD ATM fees or receive ATM surcharge refunds, you may call our Banking Specialists or send us a secure message via Online Banking. Please connect with one of our Banking Specialists and upon verification, they will be able to assist you.
If you'd like to send secure message, this is sent via your TD Bank Online Banking account, and you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq if you`re already enrolled. If not, please start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. Once logged in, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request. Additionally, you are also welcome to send us a secure message to inquire about a waiver of past fees.
Thanks again for your visit today! We welcome you back anytime with any other questions, and take care.
