Hi Leslie, welcome to TD Helps!
We’re happy to inform you that you may receive incoming transfers from other bank accounts. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you on how she would have to make the transfer, as we are unsure of the type of transfer this bank offers. Typically, providing your account and routing number will be sufficient for the sender to initiate the transfer.
If you are unsure of your routing number, you may view this link for a list of our routing numbers: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63. Please note, your routing number is determined on the State in which you opened your account.
You may also request money through our free feature, Send Money. To enroll in Send Money, you will first need to log in to your Online or Mobile Banking, and select "Send Money". Please be sure to verify that your information is correct. Once you have verified your information, you may continue to follow the prompts shown. If you have any questions regarding Send Money, you may contact our Tech Support department at 800-493-7562, 24/7.
Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions, Leslie. We hope you have a nice day!
