Good afternoon, Theresa and thanks for joining us today on TD Helps.
We'd like to let you know that transferring funds is easier than it has ever been before with our "Person-to-Person" transfer, which allows you to send and receive funds via your Online Banking.
To use this feature, you and your ex-husband must both be enrolled in Online Banking. If either of you have not enrolled yet, that can be done for here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll, you'll need to provide your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and email address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card or need any assistance enrolling please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you both have enrolled for Online Banking, he can select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature.
If you would like, you may request money by using this same feature via your Online Banking. Just make sure that you're first enrolled by following the steps provided above. Once you're enrolled and are logged in, under the Person-to-Peron tab please select the "Request Money." He will then receive a text or email notification regarding your request and at that point, he can choose what financial institution or account he would like the funds to be debited from.
There are options for next business day or three business days for this type of transfer. For the Terms and Conditions, please view: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for a listing of any applicable fees. Rest assured, he will not have access to your accounts or balances.
Let us know if you have any additional questions and have a fantastic day!
