My husband and I have received our tax income check in both of our names and we have both signed the back. Is he able to deposit it into out joint account with out me being there? I am traveling for work and cannot be there.

Good morning Kellie, and welcome to TD Helps.
You have a great question!
As you mentioned that the check you and your husband have in your possession is made payable to you both, and that you have both endorsed it, you're more than welcome to deposit the funds into your joint account!
We invite your husband to visit his nearest TD Store location, and he's more than welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find his nearest location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
Additionally, as you mentioned that you're out of the country, just in case you may need to contact us, you're welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, toll free, at 1-856-751-9000, or you may even call collect with operator assistance by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
Thanks again for bringing your question to TD Helps this morning, Kellie!
Have a sensational Saturday!
