Thank you for sending your question to TD Helps today, Brian. We'll be happy to give you information on Mobile Deposit limits.
Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. At this time, the limits to the amounts you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature are as follows:
3-6 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $1,000 - 30-day Limit: $2,500
6-12 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $3,500
More than 1 year, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $6,000
Please note, the limits are subject to change. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
And as always, we'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have about Mobile Deposit. Please call one of our Digital Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 whenever it's convenient for you, or you're also welcome at any TD Bank Store near you; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for your locations.
If the amount of the check exceeded your Mobile Deposit limits, you have other options to deposit your checks. You may make your deposits at your local TD Bank store, at a TD ATM or you may mail your checks to our Banking by Mail department.
Banking by mail is simple, and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you have any further questions, please let us know or call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
We hope this has been helpful, Brian and have a great weekend.

Thank you Megan for this response as the one I got in my message box made no sense. Now I know I have a mailing option. Tis is great! You should teach others that there is more to customer service than copy/paste. I took a snap shot of your response so I can save the mailing address. You even took the extra time to provide a page number! GREAT HELP
