If your mom is an authorized signer on your account and both accounts are with TD Bank, she can certainly transfer funds between her accounts over the telephone. Additionally, if you both share an account, your mom can also transfer funds from her TD account to your joint account online by clicking on the "Transfers" tab.
However, if you have separate TD accounts, she may use our Person-to-Person transfer feature via her Online Banking. This feature allows TD Customers to send money domestically to any account inside or outside of TD Bank without having to visit a Store. To use this feature, one must be enrolled in Online Banking.
To enroll for free, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. She will need her Social Security number, her TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, her account number, and her e-mail address. If she does not have a debit or ATM card, or if she needs any assistance enrolling please call 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists, available 24/7. Once she has enrolled for Online Banking, please select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If she doesn't not have a TD account, she can also initiate a wire transfer to your TD account. To receive a domestic wire transfer, please provide the following:
Wire to: TD Bank ABA#/Routing#: 031101266 Location: Wilmington, Delaware Credit to: Our Customer's Name & Account Number
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are receiving, some transactions may take longer than others. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
