Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Kambo. We'd be glad to discuss.
Your mother is able to visit any TD Store to make a deposit to your account. You will need to provide her with your account number for her to do so. She will not need your ATM/Visa Debit Card. To take a look at TD Stores in her area, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
At TD, we offer other options for you to make deposits while you're away. You are able to deposit checks by using our Mobile Deposit feature available via the TD Mobile App. This is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. If you meet these requirements, you're welcome to deposit a check using this service.
If you are not yet using the TD Mobile App, please note that you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, feel free to sign up at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address. If you have any trouble signing up, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store during lobby hours upon your return.
Another way you're able to make deposits while you're away, is to use a non-TD ATM in the NYCE network. Just look for this symbol on a nearby ATM and you'll be able to make the deposit there. Please know that deposits made via this method may take longer to be made available.
We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits. Also, we encourage you to check out our current fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees when using a non-TD ATM.
You are also able to mail in deposits by using our Bank by Mail service. Please mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, ME 04243
Keep these tips in mind when mailing in deposits:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-If you do not have a deposit ticket, please include your name and account number on a separate slip of paper
-Do not staple transactions
We hope you find this information useful, Kambo and have a good day.
