I am an Eastern Star, we have a foundation chapter and a subordinate chapter. Each chapter has separate accounting, but we have one Employee Identification Number. Can we use the one EIN to open two separate business accounts?

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Cynthia. We appreciate you looking to TD Bank for your banking needs and would be glad to help!
We are happy to inform you that you are able to open two separate business accounts with the same EIN. We'd like to share with you some information on the different types of Small Business Accounts TD Bank offers. We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information. Also, we have a convenient Business Checking Selector Tool which will help recommend the account best for you, please check it out here: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw.
Once you've decided on the right account for you, you must visit us at any local TD Store, during lobby hours. For TD Bank Store hours and locations near you, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you'd like, before your visit, you can set up an appointment. You can give us a call at 855-278-8988 or complete this form: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to receive a phone call from a Business Specialist who would be happy to set this up for you!
Please be sure to have a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and your Social Security number. Additionally, as documentation for business accounts varies by State, when opening a new business account we require paperwork that shows the different business entities that are linked to the same EIN number. We recommend contacting your preferred Store prior to visiting, to ensure you have all the documentation required with you when you stop in.
We hope this helps Cynthia! Have a great weekend and let us know if you have any other questions.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
