My son is 9 and has an existing TD Bank saving account that is in his a name and his grandmother's name. Can he access his account himself or does his grandmother need to be present as well?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Erica.
If your son is listed on the Savings account as a minor, the custodian that is listed on the account, in this case his grandmother, would need to be present in order to access the account. For a listing of our Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Erica and please let us know if you have any other questions.
