I'm trying to download them it will not work. I need my statements for both my accounts for the whole year of 2014. Thank you

For security of your account, we may not send any account specifics via unsecured email. You may wish to request statement copies of your 2014 Statements and we'd be happy to go over the options available on how to obtain these copies.
You may request to have your statements mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance with your request. If you are unsure of the closest one near you, take a look here for help: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
You may also request a statement copy be sent to you via secure message by selecting the Customer Service tab. Once there, under the "Self-Service" feature please select the "Statement Copy" link. You will then be able to select the account you'd like to copy from along with the month and year.
