Thanks for reaching out to us, Troy.
It sounds like you may be trying to reach our friends up north. Feel free to submit your own inquiry on TD Canada Trust's TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns.
If you are attempting to pay off a car loan with TD Bank here in the US, you first need to collect the current payoff amount. We recommend contacting our Financial Solutions Group at 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to obtain a payoff for a car loan. Please note, you will need the year, make and model, and the last 6 digits of the VIN number of the vehicle. If you would like to receive a written payoff amount, we will need the borrowers authorization signature on the request with a good through date (for example, 10-day or 7-day payoff quote), faxed to 207-755-4245. Please allow one full business day for a return fax.
Please also note that our Financial Solutions Group would only be able to speak with authorized signers on this loan.
After you receive your payoff amount for your TD Auto Loan, you may send the overnight payment to the address below:
TD Bank Attn: Payoff Dept., ME2-001-019, 32 Chestnut Street, Lewiston, ME 04240
You may also submit your payoff amount online via transfer from another account you have with us, or using our Loan Payment Center at http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC. You're also welcome to make a payment during lobby hours at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Again, please note that we will only be able to discuss this loan with authorized signers only.
Congratulations, Troy, paying off a car loan is very exciting. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
