Please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to reset your password. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will be prompted to answer 2 security questions and after successfully answering these questions, you'll be able to reset your password.
If you continue to have issues, you may always contact our 24/7 Digital Department at 800-493-7562 and a Digital Specialist can assist in resetting your password.
