Welcome to TD Helps, Kim. We'll be glad to assist you with setting up your Online Banking.
When using the self-service option to enroll for Online Banking and you're at step 1 that is asking to accept the Online Banking Agreement, at the bottom of the page will be a check box to click on. If you scroll to the very bottom of the page, underneath the actual agreement, you'll see the statements "By clicking the check box you:
1. Represent that internet access device(s) you will use to receive the Online Banking Agreement and to access the Bank's Online Banking Service meet(s) the system requirements described above
2. Agree to receiving the Online Banking Agreement electronically, as well as updates to the Online Banking Agreement and all disclosures, notices and other communications regarding Online Banking and transactions you make within Online Banking."
Please look for the box located in front of the phrase "By clicking on the check box you:" when you click that box, it will add a check mark and then you'll be able to click "Accept" at the bottom of the page.
If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after account verification, a Representative will be happy to set your Online Banking up for you. You're also invited into any TD Bank location, during lobby hours for further assistance. For a listing of nearby Stores check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps, Kim. Please let us know if you have any other trouble and enjoy your day.
