When I look at my checking account and try to view check it comes up blank.

We apologize if you haven't been able to properly view an image of this check online. To correct any error, we would kindly suggest that you update your PDF viewer to the most recent version, as this is needed for document viewing. A link to this can be found and completed from within your Online Banking account after clicking the "Statements and Notices" tab within the "Accounts" tab. We can also suggest using the most recent version of your browser and updating that as necessary, or switching to another browser altogether if this content is still unavailable.
We'd be more than happy to troubleshoot this with you personally as well, Leslie. Our Tech Support Team is available all the time for issues just like this, so please feel free to reach out to us.
