We have not used the card for two years but we have cash in the bank and card does not expire until 10/2015. We are travelling to the US in October and need it activated, we are based in the UK. Help Steve

As you've mentioned that you have not used your Debit Card in some time, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. You are able to call us from overseas 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to determine why your Debit Card is not working and issue you a new one if necessary.
