Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Alexandra. We're always glad to help.
Our online enrollment process does require the use of an ATM/debit card as well as a Social Security Number. As you've mentioned that you're looking to enroll in Online Banking, we ask that you connect with us directly.
You are able to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be glad to help you sign up.
If you're planning a trip to the states, you can always visit a TD Store during lobby hours. Take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We look forward to hearing from you, Alexandra. Have a good afternoon.
