Hi Benjamin! Thanks for stopping by.
As long as QuickPay also uses Zelle, which is the third party service that Send Money uses to facilitate the instant transfers, you should have no difficulty requesting funds from some using QuickPay.
When requesting funds from another individual, first be sure that you have the email address or phone number that they used to sign up for that service. Then log into your mobile app or online here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the Send Money tab. If you're already enrolled, just click 'Request'. If you've never requested or sent money to this person before, you'll need to add them as a contact. Just click the 'Add contact' hyperlink. On the next screen, you'll need to enter their name and either their phone number, email address, or account number. Once you click 'Save', you should be also set to request money from them!
