If you are referring to your TD Bank deposit accounts or TD Visa Debit Card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a customer service representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
If you are enrolled for online banking and still have online access at this time, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to login http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message. You may call us at 800-493-7562, option 2 if you need assistance.
If you are not enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
