Hi, Jermaine. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
TD has a variety of accounts and many ways to request account information such as statements, written checks, deposits and more. To best assist you, we ask that you contact us directly to request the documents you're looking for. You may do so by calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store locations near you and their hours, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, you may also send us a secure message if you are enrolled for Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We can also let you know how to request the account documents you're looking for. To do so please submit a new question on TD Helps with details on the documents you're looking for and we'd be happy to tell you how to retrieve them!
We hope to hear from you soon, Jermaine and have a good day.
