Welcome to the TD Helps community, Vladimir.
Account security is paramount to us here at TD Bank and for that reason we are unable to provide account or ATM/debit card numbers over the phone or via email. Please note your ATM/debit card number is different from your account number but not to worry! There are many places to find your account number.
If you have any of your statements handy, your account number can be found at the right top corner of the page. Additionally, if you have any checks, your account number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Also, if you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view the account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not enrolled for Online Banking but would like to be enrolled in this free service, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help!
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Store near you.
Thanks for visiting us today, Vladimir and enjoy the rest of your day.
