May we continue to use the credit card if the primary card holder passed away. we will pay the bill.

At this time, only the primary owner of a Credit Card or an account holder may have access to the funds that are currently under their name. If you are currently not a signer on a Credit Card, you will not have access to the funds at this time.
In addition, as you have stated that the card holder is currently deceased, we recommend contacting a Credit Card Specialists at 888-561-8861. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance.
