Welcome to TD Helps, Krista! We appreciate your question and are happy to provide you with details on changing your email address.
To change the e-mail address that we have on record, you have the option of using the self-service feature via your Online Banking. Please follow this link to log into your Online Banking, http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you've entered your current User Name and password, please go to the "Customer Service" tab and click on the " Change Address, Phone, E-mail Address " link (it is the first link under Self Service Title). You will then be asked to enter the new E-mail address into the corresponding text boxes. You will then be able to save the changes you have made, where you will be able to select "Submit."
If you're not already set up for Online Banking and if you have an ATM/ VISA Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you don't have an ATM/VISA Debit Card, you may contact one of our Digital Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to be enrolled. You may also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you!
Once your changes have been saved, you then will be able to receive information to your updated E-mail on file, including alerts stating your account is ready to view on your Online Banking profile.
We thank you for your visit to TD Helps, Krista. We hope you have a great week!
