Can you confirm that my credit application was received?

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to TD Helps today; however, before we begin, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, we do not have access to your personal information, and are unable to confirm if we received an application you may have submitted. However, don’t worry, as we'll be happy to get you to someone who can!
It sounds as if you may have applied for a Credit Card, and if this is the case, you're more than welcome to call and speak with a Credit Card Specialist at 866-686-4708. Once on the phone, they'll be more than happy to take all your information to verify if your application was received, and may even be able to provide you with the current status!
