Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Tionya! We are happy to answer your question today regarding Mobile Deposits.
Mobile Deposit is a free service for eligible for TD Bank Customers. In order to be eligible, you must be a TD deposit Customer for at least 90 days for more and have at least one active Checking, Money Market, or Savings account. CDs IRAs and Passbook accounts are not eligible.
You are able to deposit Money Orders through TD Bank's Mobile Deposit. Please take into considerations that Money Orders are difficult to capture a readable image for Mobile Deposits. There are security features within the background of the Money Orders that could trip up image processing systems as such as our Mobile Deposit. We recommend depositing the Money Order at any TD Bank location during lobby hours to ensure the promptness of the deposit. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStore to find a store near you.
We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the TD Bank Mobile Deposit. If you have any additional inquiries, feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562 available 24/7. You may also visit your local TD Bank location for additional assistance.
We hope this information helps Tionya, and we hope you stop by again!
