Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Jean! We'll be happy to provide the information you need.
If you are looking to change your monthly statement preference to paperless, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
After you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can view your account and change your statement settings right away.
To enroll for paperless statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements." Once you have opened and reviewed the two documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes."
Please note when your statements become available for viewing online, you will now receive an email notification to the email address you previously selected, but not the statement itself. To view a copy of your statements, please select the "Statements" tab under "Account History."
You may also request copies of statements by asking a Banking Specialist when reaching out at the number listed above, or visiting a local TD Store. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this information helps and have a great weekend!
