Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Sharmyra. We'd be glad to discuss!
When using the ATM, the only way you're able to debit funds from your account is by using an ATM or debit card. We apologize as we do not offer a temporary access code to debit funds from your account at the ATM at this time.
You are able to withdrawal funds from your account by visiting a Teller at your local TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. During your visit to the lobby or drive through, our Tellers will be glad to help you fill out the necessary withdrawal slip.
You are also able to visit a TD Store to replace your debit card. Our Customer Service Representatives are able to issue a new debit card during your visit. They are available during lobby hours to issue a new card. Just be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
Our Specialists over the phone and via secure message are also able to request a new debit card to be sent to your address. Feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send a secure message by logging in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope these options help, Sharmyra. Have a good day!
