Welcome to TD Helps, John.
You may check your loan balance via your Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, you may request to add the TD Bank loan to be viewed alongside your other accounts by sending us a secure message. If you're not already enrolled with Online Banking and have an ATM/Debit Card and your Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. Then, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Next, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Once you've successfully enrolled, to send a secure message, please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
If you only have this TD Bank loan with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact us 24/7 888-751-9000 to have the account accessible via Online Banking.
You also have the option of contacting us directly for information regarding your loan. We ask that you call us at 1 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Solutions Groups Specialist, available 24/7. As always, you can even visit us during lobby hours for further assistance. For a TD Bank Store near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Again, thank you for joining us on TD Helps and have a nice day.
