Welcome to TD Helps, Stephanie!
If you've lost or misplaced a check, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to place a stop payment on the check. You may also place a stop payment by visiting a TD Store or sending us a Secure Message via Online Banking. To find a nearby TD location, please view our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a secure message you will first have to log in to your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Secure Message." If you're not enrolled for Online Banking you may do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. As soon as the application has been completed, you'll immediately be able to access your account to send the message. If you have any trouble with the enrollment, give us a call at the number listed above for further assistance. We invite you to view our Fee Schedule as fees may apply for a stop payment: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you're looking to see if and when a check posted to your account please give us a call so we can review this further. As always, you may also stop by a TD location, where a Representative will be glad to go over your account with you. Please note that as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we are unable to obtain personal/account information.
If you have any additional questions please let us know and have a wonderful weekend.
