I tried log in using google chrome, but the page never finishes loading. Then I tried internet expelorer, and my doesn't work. I am ask to reset my password, but everytime I change it and try to log in it says is the wrong password.

Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Therefore, we recommend using Internet Explorer or Firefox whenever you need to access your TD Bank accounts.
To answer the second part of your inquiry, based on the information you provided, you may have one or more special characters in your Online Banking Password. If this is the case, please follow the steps listed below to reset your password and try to refrain any special characters from your new Password:
First visit our website by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the Password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your Password.
