Every time I try to set one up I get an error message. It tells me that I may have already set up an online banking account but I have never tried to before. Please help; all I want to do is get paperless statements.

Hey Frederick, we'll be happy to help out and we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties getting enrolled.
Since you've mentioned that you were receiving an error message during in the enrollment process, we suggest giving us a call at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists, available 24/7. After account verification, we will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking during your call!

Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, to enroll for paperless statements, please log in and follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.

If you are receiving this error message, this most likely means that you have once had an online banking profile. If you had an account with us prior to your existing account, and were enrolled in online banking, this would also be the reason why you're receiving this error message. We're sorry for any trouble caused!
