Welcome to TD Helps, San and thank you for your interest in us for your banking needs!
Though there are TD Store locations from Maine to Florida, it is not necessary to live within our footprint in order to have an account with us.
We invite you to check out our current account types. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 , or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
Once you've decided on an account for you, we recommend giving us a call 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our dedicated Banking Specialist. They will be more than happy to help you establish your account by phone.
If you have the ability to verify an address within the TD footprint, you are also welcome to open your account online via our website. You can open the account after choosing your account above by clicking on the "Open Account" box, which will be listed at the bottom of each account's details. To begin the account application, you'll need your Social Security number, and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.
If you open your account online, you can make your first deposit using a debit card linked to an account from another financial institution or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you open the account by phone, your representative will be happy to provide convenient deposit options.
We hope this helps, San and thank you again for your interest in TD!
