We understand your concern, Kash, and we'd be glad to review them with you.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're referring to TD Debit Card Advance. Please know that TD Debit Card Advance is a discretionary overdraft service that may allow debit card transactions to process though funds may not be available in your account potentially resulting in a fee assessment.
More information is available about TD Debit Card Advance here: https://go.td.com/2exVmIX.
Keep in mind that the items attempted using this service are not guaranteed and may be declined as there are limits in place for this service. These limits are based on your account history and are always changing based on this information.
If you'd like to discuss your account and transactions in greater detail, please reach out to a Banking Specialist directly. You can do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000, at any TD Store or via secure message.
