I actually recommended TD bank to my sister who currently lives in Richmond, Virginia. But, she said there is no TD bank in Richmond, Virginia. I was totally shocked, because I always see TD bank around wherever I'm going. TD has such a great benefit and I really think that opening a new location in Richmond, VA will be a great success for TD bank as well. I am also planning to move to Richmond, Virginia in 2 months. I am so sad that I have to close my TD accounts if there is no TD bank in Richmond,VA. Please consider this and build a new location for everyone in Richmond,VA. They really need TD bank there and I really need TD bank there, also. Thank you very much.

Happy Saturday, Hanel! It's great to hear from a long time Customer.
We greatly appreciate you writing into us today with your suggestion, and we're happy to announce that we passed along your feedback to the appropriate department for future enhancements!
We'd hate to see you go when you move, and we'd like to take a moment to let you know that even though you may not be living within TD Bank's footprint, there are ways you may continue your banking with us! TD Bank's offers convenient ways for you to bank by phone, mail, or even online, and we'll be happy to go over these options with you!
If you're not already signed up for Online Banking, you're welcome to start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. In order to complete this process, you will need your account number, debit card number, social security number, and a valid email address. Once you've completed the enrollment process, you'll have access to your account right away!
From here, you'll be able to access all of your accounts online, including viewing your current and past history, use our Bill Pay feature to pay any bills you may have, complete transfers to and from accounts you may hold with other financial institutions, or even between your friends and family, and much more! If you'd like to learn more about our Bill Pay feature, feel free to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1nAVkiK, as well as the link here: https://go.td.com/2q2Yodj to learn more about our free Send Money feature.
We also have a Mobile app, which you can use to access your accounts on the go! If you haven't downloaded our Mobile app yet, feel free to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1opBqUt for more information. Similarly to your Online Banking from a computer, you'll be able to access information such as your balances, Bill Pay, Send Money, and you'll also be able to complete Mobile Deposits using your Mobile app! This is a great, convenient feature, and we invite you to click here: https://go.td.com/1vQMhtR for more information.
If you're unable to make a mobile deposit, you would also have the option of mailing in any deposits you may have! In order to so, you may use this address:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you need to speak with a Representative in regard to any concerns you may have with your account, or if you have any questions, you have a couple ways in which you may do so. The first option would be to send us a Secure Message from your Online Banking or your Mobile app. To send a Secure Message from your Online Banking, you'll first want to log in, and then look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile app, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Not only will you have the ability to discuss any concerns you may have, or ask questions, by sending a Secure Message, but you'll also have the ability for things such as requesting statements, placing stop payments, and so much more.
You're also welcome to call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000.
We sincerely hope this helps, Hanel. Thanks again for your suggestion, and we hope you have a great weekend!
