We're glad to see both of you on TD Helps, Peter and Mary and we'll be glad to let you know how you can obtain your check copies.
An easy way to view images of checks that you wrote last December is to take a look at your online statements. If you were signed up for paperless statements in December, 2013, your check images from this time frame will be included on the last page of your statement. You may view them by logging in to your TD Bank Online account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, you can select the account you wish to view and on that screen, choose the green "Statements" tab.
If you receive paper statements, it's possible that you opted to have your check images displayed on these statements for a small fee, or that the check images come free with your account type. You can check on the last page of your paper statements to see if these can be found there.
If you didn’t opt to receive paperless statements or don’t have these images on your paper statements, we welcome you to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives anytime 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a front and back copy of the checks to be sent to you via postal mail. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy to help!
You may also send us a Secure Message with your request. To send a secure message, please log in to your personal online banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Once we receive your check copy request, we will mail the check images to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Please keep in mind that if you'll be requesting multiple copies, please see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to ensure you're aware of any fees that may apply for a copy request. Additionally, we apologize that at this time we are unable to send check copies via email, for your account security.
