Thank you for your interest in TD Bank for your business, Nicholas! We'd be happy to help. To open a business account, you must visit us at any local TD Store. There are a few things you'll need to bring with you! If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening. Keep in mind that the account may still be opened if all the signers are not present however, those who could not go with you will not have access to the account until they have gone to a TD Store. Every other signer will also have to be present when adding someone new to the business account. You have the option to obtain multiple debit cards which you can provide to the other members until they are added as signers. This will not allow them to view the account or request information. Those who are going to be signers, including yourself, need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business. For the opening of an LLC, there are some additional pieces of information you will need to provide. Such as the documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement and your LLC Resolution. We suggest taking a look at the types of business accounts we offer prior to heading into a TD Store. The following link http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe shows the types of business checking accounts that we offer. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 1-855-278-8988. Once you've made a selection for your business, you may visit any TD Store for assistance or you can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to make an appointment. You may also gill out a form to request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist found here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn. For information on our lobby hours and TD locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Thank you again for considering TD, Nicholas and have a great day.
