I sent money last week, but my daily limit never reset and it is now prohibiting me from sending more money saying that I can only send a smaller amount due to the previously sent money and the limit. I need the daily limit reset.

Before we begin, just in case you may not be aware, we'd first like to take a moment to explain that while our Send Money feature has a daily limit, a 30 day limit also exist. Daily and 30 day limits can vary, and to confirm if you may have reached the 30 days limit for your account, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly.
For your convenience, our Tech Support Team is here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be more than happy to review your Send Money transfers with you directly at 800-493-7562.
