Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Kim.
To determine if an overdraft fee recently charged to your account can be waived, we'd encourage you to contact our 24/7 friendly Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 for assistance. We're only a phone call away and we'd be more than happy to review your account and fee refund history with you. Or, you may want to speak with a Store representative at your local TD Store for assistance. Please find a listing of TD Bank Stores locations and lobby hours at http://bit.ly/TDStores. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
Last but not least, we invite you to take a moment and follow here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr for some helpful information regarding the overdraft options available through TD Bank. It may help you to avoid or reduce this type of fees in the future.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day.
