I just found my check book. I think I have closed this account. Can you help me verify it, please?

Good afternoon, Susan. Thanks for writing in.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we're unable to access to your account information to verify whether it is still open or not. But we would like to direct you to some help with your old account.
If you currently have an account or recall your online banking info, you'll be able to log in to see your balance or send us a secure message to inquire into accessing your funds. You can click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log into Online Banking. If you remember your username but not your password, it can be reset. Enter your username and click 'Forgot Your Password?'. You'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your username and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You'll then be asked two of your security questions. Please remember that these responses are case sensitive. If you're able to answer those questions correctly, you'll be able to update your password.
To send a secure message once you've logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
You can also call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop into a local TD Bank Store near you and we'd be happy to look into this for you. To find a nearby Store, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Have a great day, Susan!
