Thanks for stopping by and great question!
Typically, you'll see an "IM Withdrawal" pending on your account when a check has been cashed from your checking account at a TD Bank location by your payee. Once the item posts to the account, it will include the check number of the item that was presented. It can also indicate a withdrawal made by one of the account signers. If you would like to look into this further, we recommend giving a call to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000; they are available 24/7 to take your call.
You also have the option of sending us a Secure Message if you would like to submit your inquiry online. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If not, please start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit card number, your Social Security number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secure Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message you can ask us anything related to your account and we will be glad to look into it further.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Hoping this clears it up for you, Wendy.
Have a great evening!
