I am currently in Germany on a business trip and recently made several identical charges of about 31 euros each, all of them initiated by me and therefore legitimate, which resulted in my business debit card being blocked. I need to have this action reversed immediately and hope you can help me achieve this. Thank you!

thank you for your message! I need someone to take action and not just give me information and advice. There are eight identical charges in succession that I personally initiated (i.e., THEY ARE ALL LEGITIMATE) which resulted in my debit card being blocked by TD Bank. I need to communicate with someone who has the authority to unblock my card. I have all the information needed to identify myself, my business account and the associated debit card.
