We're so sorry to hear that you were assessed a fee, and while we are unable to access your accounts or personal information via TD Helps, we'll still be happy to connect with you a Specialist who will be happy to determine if your account is currently eligible for any refunds.
You have a couple different options when looking to connect with a Specialist, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
First, Banking Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. You would also, as always, have the option of visiting a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. If you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, we understand, and would like to recommend that you send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
