Great question, Lisa! We'd be happy to help you keep track of your banking.
One great tool to use to keep track of your transactions is Online Banking. You can enroll online here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. For this process you'll need your account number, debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
If you don't have this information handy, don't worry! You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store to sign up! You can review TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once you're enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up for Mobile Banking using your smart phone. Learn more and download the App here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O. Keep in mind that your user name and password are the same for the App as they are online!
Downloading the App can be tricky sometimes and we understand! If you need help downloading or using the Mobile Banking App, feel free to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We also offer TD Alerts that allow you to set activity alerts. You can learn more about this App by visiting here: https://go.td.com/2C2kO5N.
Keep in mind that a debit card should only be used by the card holder. To clarify further, the individual using the card should match the name displayed on the physical card. If you're providing your debit card to another person, the tools and apps above will not be able to differentiate between different individuals.
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If this is in regard to your account with TD Canada Trust, we recommend connecting with them directly either by visiting their TD Helps page here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U or selecting a contact method here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope these tools help, Lisa! Enjoy your day!
