Thanks for stopping by on TD Helps, Gee. We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card.
We'd like to start by advising you that you may certainly use your valid photo identification to make a cash withdrawal from your account at our drive thru. Please note that you will have to fill out a withdrawal slip at the time of this transaction.
We'd also like to go over some ways in which you may close your debit card, in case you haven't already. As always, you may reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, you may close your debit card at your local TD Bank Store. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
We hope this helps, Gee. Thanks again for stopping by!
Have a great day.
