Can you use Zelle with a small business account?

Hi Helen! Great question.
At this time, Send Money transfers using Zelle are not available for business accounts. However, we have some other options for sending money that are unique to our business accounts.
If you're enrolled in BusinessDirect online banking, you have a couple of special transfer options that are not available on personal accounts. First, you have the ability of sending domestic wire transfers right through your online banking. No need to visit a Store! Another transfer option you have with Business Direct is the ability to send out batch ACHs, which can come in especially handy for payroll purposes. Wire transfer and ACH batch fees may still apply so we recommend reviewing the fee schedule that would have been included in your account opening paperwork or reaching out to your Store to discuss those costs. Can you receive money into a business account from a client who paid us using Zelle?

That's a good question.
At this time, Customers are unable to enroll their business accounts in Send Money using Zelle. Because of this, they would also be unable to receive any money sent by clients using that service. However, your client may have other options for quickly sending you payments through their bank. Here at TD Bank, we offer Bill Pay, which is a quick and easy way for our Customers to pay all of their bills in one place with a few clicks! This service could be available to your client if they also bank with us or even at many other banks.
