At this time, TD Bank does not offer text balance alerts. However, we do offer balance alerts via online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you've enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the Alerts tab and select "Set up a New Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify the type of alert you would like to create. By selecting "Continue," you will then be directed to another page that will ask you to further specify your alert and you will finalize the alert by selecting "Finish."
