I have a TD account. Is there a charge for cashing a money order issued from a foreign (ie Canada) post office?

Thanks for submitting your question, Rachel.
Though you are unable to cash an international check at a TD Bank location at this time, you're more than welcome to deposit this check into your TD Bank account. We invite you to review some helpful information we have listed below before making this deposit.
- The international check must have an equivalent value of at least US $100.00.
- Rates used for currency conversion are provided by TD Bank traders. We do not use rates printed by third parties in newspapers or published online.
- For the Customer's protection, the item should be hand delivered to a Store and not mailed. Please do not deposit foreign checks from the ATM.
- The conversion rate applied will be on the day the check is received in the Foreign Check Collection department. Keep in mind that fees are subject to change. For more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Please note that there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
We hope this helps, Rachel. Take care.
