I currently live in the US but visit Canada and use Canadian funds quite frequently. Is it possible to deposit Canadian funds in Canada to my US TD account using the ATM deposit in Canada? If so, will the funds be converted to US funds or how would that work?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with a great question, Jordan!
When traveling in Canada, you would not be able to make a deposit to your U.S. TD Bank account using a TD Canada Trust ATM, regardless of currency. While deposits can be made at Cirrus and PLUS shared ATMs, this is limited to within the United States only.
But don't worry! Once you're back in the U.S., we can easily convert any Canadian dollars you've brought back and deposit the funds into your account. Just stop into a local TD Bank Store and we'd be happy to help! To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. As there may be a fee associated with purchasing foreign currency, we recommend reviewing the Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK for additional details.

Happy travels, Jordan!
